How to advise FT of a change of address
If for any reason you need to change the address your FT issues are to be delivered to, you should email Fish Tank well in advance, preferably at least 6 weeks before the next Fish Tank issue is to be released.
Send the following email to bt@buck-tick.com
Email title: 住所変更係
(juusho henkou kakari = person in charge of changes of address)
You can copy/paste the Japanese text into the title bar of your email. Or you can write "Juusho henkou kakari" if you're not sure whether your browser will support Japanese font.
Email Contents:
1. Your Fish Tank number
2. Your full name
3. Your old address
4. Your phone number
5. Your new address
Here's an example email. Don't be afraid to write in English if it's easier for you, they'll understand as long as you keep it simple!
Hi, I want to change my address
1. 12345
2. w_b
3. 123, My Road, My City, Zipcode, Country
4. (123) 456-7891
My new address is:
5. 321, New Road, New City, New Zipcode, New Country
The method is exactly the same should you need to change your phone number, fax number or your last name. Simply email Fish Tank with the new information.
