* I'm not quite happy with the word "wavering" but it's the best I can think of. The song is talking about that slow movement of fish when you look at them...you know how they seem to slowly sway with the water? Yeah, that movement.
** "kuroi hara" means black belly, however, if you say about someone "hara ga kuroi" it means that they're deceitful. Just a bit of double meaning to the lyrics.
